The Idea Challenge is designed to help you take the first steps in your entrepreneurial journey. Through the Challenge, we will help determine if your opportunity has market viability and if so, connect you with resources to help guide you through product development.

Guidelines:

Ideas must be pursued within the Sheboygan County

Ideas submitted must be for a new or to enhance a product, service, or process.

Ideas can be submitted in any stage of development, from the initial idea stage to already operational businesses.

Individuals can submit more than one idea annually

Is the Challenge for you? Whether you are a serial entrepreneur or a person working on this idea in your basement, the Idea Challenge is a quick way to fully explore your options. The Challenge submission should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

Financial Programs: We will advise you of potential technical assistance grants or loans available through Accelerate Sheboygan County to support your go-to-market efforts.​
The Challenge Timeline
The Product Idea Challenge is a continuous application process!
If you want to participate in the annual Accelerate Pitch Competition, Idea Challenge submissions must be received by October 15th to be considered. Applications received after this date will be automatically entered for the following year's Pitch Competition.
